Choose your event date, location, and booth package. We’ll confirm availability and lock in your booking with a signed agreement and deposit.

Our team arrives early to handle full booth setup. We customize everything—your branded video overlay, music, motion effects, and more—so it fits your event theme perfectly.

Guests step onto the circular platform. A rotating camera captures slow-motion, 360-degree videos as they move, dance, or pose. We provide live attendants to help keep the flow fun and seamless.

After the event, we’ll send you a full digital gallery of every 360° video captured—ideal for marketing, memories, or social proof.

Important Booking Notes

  • A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve each booking.
  • The deposit is due 1 week in advance.
  • Deposits unpaid at the 1-week mark will be cancelled. 😔
  • The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks before your event date.
  • If we’re not booked back to back, we’re happy to continue service after your booked event block officially ends!
  • Additional event time is billed at $200/hr, in 30-minute increments, and is due at the end of your event.
